To protect your purchase under our 30-day coverage, you must strictly follow the procedural rules outlined below.
4.1 Definitive Return & Refund Eligibility
A consumer is legally eligible to initiate a return sequence or claim an official product refund under three explicit scenarios:
- The customer is unsatisfied with the item, and less than 30 calendar days have passed since the recorded physical delivery date.
- The product is fundamentally defective or broken, and the active product warranty is intact.
- An official cancellation request is submitted within 12 hours of purchase, provided the product has not yet been processed or dispatched from our fulfillment center.
4.2 Strict Restrictions on Discounted and Outlet Goods
- Full-Priced Purchases: Standard refunds to the consumer’s original payment method are granted only for items purchased at full, standard retail value.
- Outlet & Reduced-Price Rule: There is an absolute no-refund, no-reimbursement, and no-replacement policy for outlet goods or products purchased under limited-time promotional reductions, discount codes, or markdown packages. These purchases follow final-sale clearance guidelines dictated by our distribution network. If any markdown or outlet item is returned to our facilities, it will be discarded or returned to you at your own expense.
4.3 Step-by-Step Return Procedure & Logistical Rules
If you are returning a qualified, full-priced item within the 30-day window, you must execute the following protocol to protect your eligibility for a refund:
- Initiation: You must contact our support team at our official channels to explain your case. You must provide distinct photographic or video evidence displaying the condition of the item.
- RMA Code & Hub Address: Our team will review your data and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and a specific hub address matching our partner reverse-logistics networks (such as 4PX or local partner warehouses in the USA, Germany, France, UK, or Lithuania).
- Critical Rule: Do not send your return package to our corporate office or administrative addresses. If a package is returned without an official RMA code or sent to an unauthorized address, it cannot be tracked, and the customer automatically forfeits all eligibility for a refund.
- Condition of Return: Returned goods must be in brand-new condition and in their original packaging. Even if a product is claimed to be broken on arrival, it must be sent back unused and in its original presentation box.
- Tracking & Return Costs: All shipping costs required for returns, size changes, or exchanges are the sole financial responsibility of the customer. SmaTrendStore does not provide pre-paid return labels, and original shipping costs are non-refundable. You must provide a clear copy of your shipping receipt with a valid tracking number. For any items valued over $15, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for items lost in transit back to our hubs.
- Processing Timelines: Once your return physically arrives and is audited at our Returns Center, it takes 5 to 7 business days to issue the refund. Once approved, it can take between 3 to 20 business days for the funds to clear into your bank account, depending entirely on your financial institution’s processing speeds.
